The Villa is located in the northern part of Samui. It is in a secured compound with many additional facilities, such as Gym, Sauna, big common pool with Kids area. There is a 24 Family Mart in 2 minute walking distance. The Villas has an indoor Pool which can be used day and night. The Villa has high speed Wi-Fi (very good cover in all areas), a big Flat TV in living room, and TV in both bed rooms. There is a good sound system in all rooms. And the Villa offers a lot of privacy.
The area is really nice and quite.
From the airport it just takes a ride of approximately 12-14 minutes with a Taxi.
The facility has a common big Pool and Pool area, also for Kids. There is a big Gym and Sauna, a Reception and Security. There is a Family Mart 24 hours open in 2-3 minutes walking distance from the Villa.
Across the street (2 minute walk) you will find the Beach already - for nice daytime or evening time walks.
Fisherman's Village - which is a very nice and popular place with many restaurants and shops as well as beach bars - is just a 5-minute ride away. Also, there are couple of restaurants in short walking distance. The Reception can help with Motorbike or Car rental as well as with Travel and Sightseeing services (if required).
The entire Villa can be used including the Terrace and a private parking place in front of the entrance. In addition guests can use the compound facilities, such as the Gym, Sauna, Common Big Pool, Tennis Court (charged)

The Villa is located in the northern part of the Island. It is a very quite and nice area. You can find beautiful places around the area which are away from the Tourist spots. Chaweng is a 15 minute ride where all the night life and party will take place. There are few restaurants in walking distance. If you plan to rent a motorbike - this can be arranged by the Reception
The best way to get around the area and explore is to rent a Motorbike or Car. There are some options close by or the Reception can arrange all for you. A very nice and popular place and area close by is Fisherman's village - it is a 5 minute ride from the place. Also in 2 minute walking distance you will get to the beach already and walk all the way up to Chaweng if you like. It is perfect for day or night time walks.
