Private 2 Bedrooms | 2.5 Bathrooms | Private Pool | Garden Located up a small hill near Big Buddha with many restaurants, shops, bars etc within walking distance. Great Pool villa for a family or friends up to 4 persons. The modern design villa has a large terrace around the pool with outside dining furniture for 4 persons (recent update not shown in photos) and 2 sunbeds. The house has 3 separate rooms including living room that are all accessed from the outside pool deck. The living room is open plan with dining area and fully equipped kitchen as well as a guest toilet. The wifi router is in the living room under the tv for direct lan connection if needed for work (1gb down / 0.5gb up speed). Please note again that both bedrooms are accessible from the pool deck and not from the living room. * Full service like cooking etc can be provided. Any questions please message me. Cleaning is included 2 times per week, water and wifi incl. Only Electricity is extra at 7 Baht/kwh
