The modern-style villa equipped and furnished is totally on the same level. It is very comfortable for 6 people to spend a pleasant holiday with friends or family. It comprises a total of 3 bedrooms with a private bathroom including a shower and WC.
The main room includes the lounge area and open kitchen. The living room has a sofa and a TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped and furnished.
All the rooms of the villa benefit from large openings with a magnificent view of the swimming pool and the garden.
Outside you can enjoy a covered terrace for dining, a sala with summer kitchen, and a beautiful private pool at the well-exposed villa where you can relax on the sun loungers.

The garden is beautifully wooded, completely enclosed and without opposite.
A covered and secure parking space is available in the property.
You can enjoy many amenities : safe, washing machine, barbecue…

The villa is available for rent in full.

Is included in the rental price: wifi, your water consumption, cleaning and change of linen (sheets, towels ...) 1 x 5 days (holiday stay), maintenance of the pool 2 x week and garden maintenance. We will send you on arrival a phone equipped with a Thai chip to facilitate your communications during your stay. Not included in the price: electricity consumption. We can insure your transfer from the airport at an extra charge. Contact us for specific rates such as long holiday.
