Villa Seaview Garden is a fantastic apartment with a stunning ocean views looking out to the world famous Nang Yuan Island.
It is an area totalling 70 sqm, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms kitchen, living room area and balcony so there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view!
Guests also have access to the large terrace and swimming pool area.
Bedroom 1: One kingsize bed & storage.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds.
Large kitchen with utilities, gas stove, fridge and dining table.

Our apartments are much more easily accessible without steep hills which makes it ideal for families staying with us.

5-10 minutes walk to the nearest beach and Mae Haad
Wifi included free of charge
We offer a pick up service for 350 THB each way for up to 7 guests.
Villa Seaview Garden us located in Mae Haad which is where the main pier is located. Mae Haad is host to a number of great restaurants that cater for all tastes (whether Thai, Italian, French etc). There are also a number of bars where you can grab a sunset drink on the beach. Mae Haad is only 5 mins drive away from the main beach area, Sairee, where you will find even more great places to visit, dine & drink. There are a number of different beaches to check out such as Ao Leuk, Freedom beach , Shark Bay and many more.
Check-in between 14:00 - 17:00 (please let us know if you would like to check in outside of these times and we will do your best to accommodate).

Important notices:
1. Due to the high cost of both electric and water, we operate a fair use policy for both. This means that we include a number of units of electric and water free of charge based on light-normal usage. We encourage you to be mindful of your usage. Any additional usage over the allowance will be charged at the following rates:
Electric: 10 THB per unit
Water: 350 THB per unit (1,000 litres)
2. A damage cash deposit will be required at check in. It is 5,000 THB for up to 5 guests staying, 10,000 THB for over 5 guests. If you prefer to use your passport as a deposit instead, this is also possible.
