Enjoy a private pool villa with a BBQ stove in a quiet area.The house features two bedrooms, which can comfortably host 6 guests. You may use additional beds and sofa beds to host up to 9 guests.We don't only rent out the house but also provide assistance and services, including transportation and tours. Let us make your holidays comfortable.The swimming pool is for you to enjoy. There are a kitchen and a BBQ stove for you to cook anything you wish.Master bedroom: 1 King Bed (2 people), 1 Queen Bed (2 people) & 1 Sofa Bed (2 people)Second bedroom: 1 King Bed (2 people) & 1 Sofa Bed (1 people)There are 1 sofa bed and 1 sofa in the living room.Other things to note- This villa is near to the mountain so some monkeys may visit the villa. Please do not feed them.- Surveillance or recording devices on the property: The cameras were installed for security reasons. They are in the living room, at the main gate, another gate for a swimming pool, and in a backyard.- We do not offer a daily cleaning service, please request at least 1 day before.- If you would like to book a tour with us, please reserve a tour before 8 pm, please be on time when getting picked up in front of the villa.- The pool man cleans the pool every Tuesday and Friday (usually in the morning).- Sunbath is not possible in December and January because the sun is behind the mountain during those months. - Please contact us for a monthly rate.- Electric and water bill included (Except monthly rent as per billed).
