Ting's Villa is 2 km from Long Beach, 3 km from beautiful Klong Muang beach, and 8 km from the busy Ao Nang beach. High speed internet is provided.

Designed specifically for holiday makers who love big spaces, the design includes an 80 sqm living, dining and kitchen area with an elegant 5 meter high arched ceiling. The bedrooms surround a beautiful large tiled 10m x 5m swimming pool.
Food service delivery is available to the villa from Foodpanda and Grab apps.
Indoor and outdoor meet through full width sliding windows allowing friends and family to enjoy relaxing, dining and swimming together. Covered and open terrace areas provide lots of areas for relaxation.
The villa has 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms, the master bedroom and bedroom 2 has large en-suite private full bathrooms, bedroom 3 shares a full bathroom with the main living area.
The bedrooms each have a super king sized bed with high quality mattress and luxury linen, a reclining chair and plenty of cupboard space. The rooms are large, spacious and have large sliding doors opening to the pool and terrace area. Rollout beds are available for more than 6 guests.
The interior design of the villa is clean and light in a modern and minimalist style with each bedroom having an eclectic unique theme.
The villa is fully equipped with a modern flat screen TV and sound system.
Despite being private, off the main road, there is a reliable fiber-optic, high bandwidth internet connection and a high spec Wi-Fi router ensuring a stable connection throughout the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped in an American style with modern teak cabinets, extra-wide oven, microwave and double fridge allowing you and your friends to create anything from a quick snack to a 5 course dinner. We can also offer an in-house chef to come to your home and prepare a delicious Thai meal for you.
The swimming pool is a salt chlorinated tiled pool with a high standard filtration system. The pool, unlike many of the pool villas in the area, is 10m x 5m and really is big enough to actually swim in, great for getting some exercise or just cooling off. Please do note that the pool is at the center of the house and does not have guard rails, if you do have younger children, they will need to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
For getting around, our responsive manager can arrange taxis for you or you can rent a car, motorbikes or bicycles. Having your own transport is advised as there are only very limited choices of shopping and dining within easy walking distance.
Our booking service can also offer in-house catering, transport, massage and all local tours and activities at a great price, just ask and we can provide all the information you need to create a really special holiday.
Guests have exclusive use of the large garden, pool and all areas within the walled area. Covered parking for two cars is within the area. Total area is about 1600 square meters.
During your stay you will be able to call us to ask any questions about the house, the area or many of the tours or activities on offer in the area. Our house manager has been running a tour agency in Krabi for over ten years so will be able to help you plan and book and of the many trips and activities that are available in the local area.
Ting’s villa is located on the edge of the TupKaek National Park, about half way between Aonang and Klong Muang. The villa and garden have an area of about 1600sqm and are fully enclosed by a high wall and fence for security.
The area is very quiet countryside accessed by a 1km no-through road from the main Aonang-Klong Muang road. There are just a few other villas and small local houses in the surrounding area.
The nearest Beach is the quiet and relaxed Long beach which is about 2km from the villa, then Klong Muang with lots of 4 and 5 star hotels, bars and restaurants is a 5 minute drive to the right and then bustling Aonang with its nightlife and shopping is just 15 minutes away. Krabi Airport is a 45 minute drive from the villa.
Being in a rural countryside area, there are not any restaurants or shops within walking distance. We can provide taxis but we would recommend that guests rent a car or motorcycle or bicycle to give themselves the freedom to explore the area.
There is not much in the way of public transport in the area.
Standard are 6 persons, but the villa can comfortably accommodate 9 guests by using 3 extra rollout-beds (free of charge).
At check in we will require a 5000thb cash deposit to cover lost or damaged items. This will be returned in cash at checkout.
The house is in a rural area with no passing traffic. There is a Muslim call to prayer speaker about 100m away loud enough to hear, but with the windows shut, it will not disturb your sleep. (About 2 minutes, 4 times a day)
The house is in a real countryside area and is truly peaceful and quiet.
A cleaner will come every 3rd day to clean around the villa and change the towels (stays 4 nights and longer). Sheets are changed every 6th day (stays 7 nights and longer)
Bugs and animal life are a part of life in Thailand. There are sometimes lots of mosquitos between about 5:00pm and 7:00pm so we would advise keeping bedrooms doors and windows closed between these times.
Guests must also accept that we are sharing the space with nature. Ants, gekkos, crickets etc do find there way into the house sometimes. We provide a brush in each room, so, if any do get in between our cleans, just sweep them outside into the garden. We also provide a net on a pole to scoop up any bugs or leaves that find their way into the swimming pool.
