Perfect place for family's getaway!Located in a peaceful and private environment, 1 minute to 7-Eleven, this is a perfect gem to be and relax after your outdoor adventurous day in nature-rich Krabi. A 3-bedroom Pool villa for a big family or gang of friends comes with a bright and large living space, kitchen to cook family dinners, and a private pool to get a splash on a hot day. This house will make you don't want to leave but if you do, you will leave with the valuable memories:)You will experience a comfortable stay in a spacious, air-conditioned living room which is openly connected to the dining area and Scandinavian-style kitchen. 2 large A/C units on the ground floor. The living room has a big comfy L-Shaped couch facing a SMART TV with satellite channels. 1 full bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with air-conditioners which 2 en-suite bathrooms, one of which has a counter with 2 wash basins and a bathtub, the other one comes with a rain shower head and hot water is powered by a solar-electric hybrid system.This kitchen includes all basic cooking utensils, with a large refrigerator. The large, microwave oven, toaster, rice cooker, water kettle, and a coffee maker. Granite cooking top provides plenty of room for you to prepare a great family meal. The hallway opens from the dining area to the private 2.2 m x 7 m. swimming pool. The filter system is set to an automatic mode. There is a washing machine and the area to dry the laundry. We have an outdoor sitting set on the ground floor and a large balcony from the master bedroom, a small garden, a swimming pool, and a parking spot if you rent a car. Hi-Speed Wifi throughout the place :) Hot-water with a hybrid system of solar thermal and electricity for saving the environment.Residential neighborhoods with 7-Eleven, shops and restaurants, 5 mins to Aonang Center.Next to the house is a villa being buit and it is still a work in progress.
