Pua Tranquil Vista Homestay provides travelers to northern Nan province with a superior accommodation and breakfast experience. Our rates include a hot Asian style or light breakfast plus a multi-fruit platter and good quality coffee and tea. We have two air-conditioned guestrooms each with a private bathroom and television. A large guestroom on level 2 with a king bed and another large guestroom with a king and single beds. We can also provide up to three single futon style beds to accommodate a maximum of eight (8) guests. The guestrooms open onto a balcony with view across the Yo River valley and along the Luang Prabang mountains to the north. Our COVID-19 preparations and processes have been certified by the Ministry of Health.

When you book our homestay through Agoda yours will be the only guest group in residence.

Our guests have exclusive use of a large living room and balcony on level 2 and can enjoy mountain and valley views, free Wi-Fi, Thai television and complimentary tea/coffee/Ovaltine/water/ice any time. There is also a sound system for guest use. We have secure undercover parking. We are a biker friendly establishment and have a bike wash facility.

Infants under three (3) years of age are not charged however we do need to know if any are in the group being booked. Children 3-12 years are charged the same as adults. Our minimum price is for four (4) guests (plus any infants). We will accept only the number of guests in the booking (plus infants).

The owner and manager/host live in the house and are available to assist make your stay comfortable. We only permit registered guests onsite. We are happy for guests to party provided the noise is not too loud and the property is not being damaged. We sell a range of beverages and soft drinks and snacks but guests are welcome to bring their own. We provide complimentary ice. We have a large charcoal BBQ for guest use outside.
