you can get a tuk tuk car to walking street, othere place. tuk tuk cakr just at downstairs can get.
1、本小区为一个新完成的文明小区，在小区内请不要高声喧哗，携带宠物。
please don't make loud noises in complex. pet is not allowed to feed in complex.
2、如房客把房门钥匙忘记在房内，需要在9点之前，19:00点以后送钥匙，房客需另外支付送钥匙的付费用500铢。如房客钥匙或门卡丢失，须交罚金（钥匙800铢-1500铢）
if guest forget the key or keycard in the room, need open-door service, they should request to solve problems during 9.00am-5.00pm. If out of office time, this service shloud be charged 500 baht/service. If guest lost key or keycard, gust should pay 800-1500 baht/key。
3、租用期超过3天的住户须自行负担水、电费。水费45铢/立方米，电费为4.5铢/度，如房客没有交水电费，我们将由您的押金里扣除。
Over 3 days staying guest should to afford electricity and water fee. Electricity is 4.5 baht/unit, water is 45 baht/cubit. For guest who don't pay the electricity and water, we will deduct the fee from your deposit.
4. 房间内没有提供卫生纸，肥皂等卫生洗漱用品，如客人需要，需自带或在楼下超市就有。客房提供2条浴巾，如需要额外增加浴巾，500铢/条。We don't provide toilet tissue, soap and other toiletries; we provide two bath towels, if you need add extra bath tower, it will charge 500 BTH/ps.
5.房客在租用房间期间，如屋内设施损坏，丢失，方可选找协议价进行赔偿或从押金里抵扣。
During guest staying, if guest make any demage to house facilities or complex facilities, guest shoul compensate according to the demaged things price or negotiated compensation price.
