It is just a 15-min drive to Pattaya Central and the world famous Walking Street. It’s a perfect base for a small family or a group of friends wishing to enjoy all of Pattaya’s offerings.

Upon entering you can see all the consideration that went into the design to make it a unique experience for guests. The villa is set over 2 floors and has a gated garage for 1 car. Located outside is the private swimming pool with a shaded seating area where you can sit down and enjoy a refreshing beverage.

Stepping inside the villa you will enter the open living room with comfortable couch seating and flat screen TV with DVD player for entertainment. You can enjoy your meals on the handcrafted wooden 4-seated dining table.

The first king sized bedroom is equipped with a small desk and chair, wardrobe, book shelf, sofa, private balcony and an access to pristine en suite bathroom with a bath tub. The second king sized bedroom has a lovely private balcony with relaxed seating, wardrobe and access to the en suite bathroom. The third bedroom comes with a single bed and it is equipped with wardrobe, desk and chair. All bedrooms and living room are fitted with air-conditioning, ceiling fans and of course free WIFI. The rooms are beautifully decorated and all have the modern amenities that make for a comfortable stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, fridge and freezer so you can whip up any meals with all the needed amenities and appliances. There are lots of dishware and cutlery available too.
