Bright large Pool Villa with 4 Bed rooms, a saltwater pool surrounded by a tropical garden. Large living room with 2 big sofa sets. Located in the prime location between South Pattaya and Jomtien, 200 meters away from the Beach.The Villa is close to the Royal Cliff at Prathumnak Soi 5, the so called Beverly Hills of Pattaya, situated in quiet side Lane .-Free Wi-Fi internet-Baggage storage-Car park-Enter the house by key card-CCTV -Safety BoxThis Villa has a large and airy Living Room, fully equipped Kitchen and Dining area. With a 4 by 9 meter salt water pool surrounded by tropical garden. Parking is available on the grounds. A housekeeper is staying separately at the front and will look after the garden as well as accessing the house daily, but not intrusive. I am based in Bangkok. The housekeeper will help and look after you guys should you need assistance. If any major problems arise you can call me anytime.Sugar Beach & "Beach Boardwalk to Jomtien" is 5 minutes (200meter) walk from the Villa. The Central Festival Shopping Mall and the Royal Garden Plaza Mall is about 5km away. Walking Street & Bali Hai Pier with its Ferries to Koh Larn is about 3,5km located from the house.Transportation service is available on the Main Road through transport hire.In close proximity are small local Restaurants, the Centara Grand Prathumnak Hotel, Seven-Eleven and Family Mart as well as Pharmacies.For sightseeing, Cartoon Network Water Park and Nong Nuch Tropical Garden are not too far.Should you require we are able to organize transfers from the airport or Hotel in Bangkok to the Breezy Villa.Following are the transport fees:From Bangkok Airport (Suvarnabhumi/BKK):-Minivan=2000 Baht.-A Car for 1-5 Pax (with 3-4 Luggages)=1500 Baht.For other transfers please contact me and I will advise the cost.For other transfers please contact me and I will advise the cost.You can present the text below to the taxi driver when going back to the Villa:
