The grounds have landscaped tropical gardens with children’s play garden, outdoor fitness areas, jogging track and mini golf putting green.
Also, underground car-parking, 24hr security with CCTV and reception desk & laundry room
The rooms are super-modern, they all have a kitchenette & dining area, as well as living area with flat screen TV
The showers have hot water and good water pressure.

*You can park in the outdoor parking lot inside the condo site.
