this villa located at very good and quiet village,about 1km to jomtien beach,500M to local market; every room have one color,very special villa,thai country style; thai kitchen,can cooking; have BBQ grill; have pool table; have karaoke,but after 10pm,can not too loud,disturbe neighbor. can park more than 5 cars 1.after cooking and BBQ,please clean and pack garbage,prevent cockroaches and ants; 2.after 10:pm,can not loud at outside,neighbor will sleep; 3.electricity 50unit/night is free,more than 50 unit,8 baht/unit.
