A security deposit of THB 5,000 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
Electricity use is limited to 80kWh per night. Additional charges will be applied to electricity consumption that exceeds this limit at THB 10 per unit and will be payable upon departure.
Guests are responsible for the cleaning fee of THB 800 if there are any dirty dishes left in the sink upon departure.
Housekeeping is done every 2 nights.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property. Guests bringing pets are responsible for the fine of THB 10,000.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests smoking elsewhere are responsible for the fine of THB 10,000.
The property has a strict no-party policy.
