- Located on the same building with roof top infinity view swimming pool. - My condominium is well known for using the 5 star hotel quality bedsheet and towels. No bleach is used to wash these linens.

- TO FIT 3 PERSONS, SOME FIND IT TOO TIGHT, OTHERS FIND IT'S ECONOMICAL AND FUN TO BE SO CLOSE TOGETHER. HERE IS THE SLEEPING ARRAGEMENT FOR 3 PERSONS:
-2 SLEEP INSIDE THE BEDROOM, 3RD PERSON SLEEPS ON THE SOFA. 4TH PERSON SLEEPS ON THE FOLDABLE FLOOR MATTRESS.
-MY CONDO IS ECOMICALLY AND REASONABLY PRICED FOR 2 PERSONS

***Introduction to the use of common areas ****
1) Free and covered parking garage.
2) Lobby and library areas are free for guests to use. Public WiFi is free in this area. Password can be obtained from the jurisdiction office.
3) Fitness center and aerobic room are on the 3rd floor of building B. It's operating time is between 7am - 10pm. Proper fitness attires with sneakers only allowed inside the gym.
4) All 2 swimming pools open during 6am-8pm. Building B swimming pool is on 3rd fl., building A infinity veiw pool is on the 31st floor.
5) Day Lounge is on the 27th fl. of building B. Night Lounge is on the 31st fl. building A
6) Indoor children room is on the 3rd fl buliding B. Outdoor children playground is on the roof top of parking building
7) Basketball court is on the roof top of parking building

Pattaya is about 130 kilometers from Bangkok. From Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, public taxi could be hired to Pattaya for about 2,000 baht each way. From downtown Bangkok, take hourly Bangkok - Pattaya shuttle van around Victory Monument area for about 100 baht. The trip is fast but the ride is quite cramp. Local taxi could be hired through property's reception.
