Our villa features a spacious living area, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (two bedrooms have private bathtubs), a private outdoor swimming pool (open year-round), huge living room, an elegantly furnished dining area, a pool table and more.
Electric and water charges are included in the price (does not apply to monthly stays). Parties are not allowed. We provide free cleaning for stays of 5 or more days. We provide free drinking water bottles to each of our guests during their stay.
Our villa is located in the north of Pattaya City beside the sea. Our villa has a huge front garden with direct access to a private beach where you can take morning walks or enjoy the sun while doing yoga.
The rooms have the luxury and facilities expected in modern living, including entertainment. Guests at our luxury villa can watch their favourite movie or TV show on the big screen TVs and surf the internet with fast WIFI.
Our beachfront villa features modern lighting (both inside and outside the villa) and a large kitchen plus a kitchenette with all the necessary kitchen utensils including a rice cooker, a toast and coffee maker, two stoves, a microwave and a kettle, as well as a portable grill in the garden. Air conditioning is in each room of the villa.
The ground floor has a large living room, a kitchen, a patio and a toilet. The ground floor has direct access to the garden and swimming pool, where you will find a bathroom right next to the pool, where you can take a shower after your swim. Both the living room and the kitchen have separate air conditioning. The living room has a Smart TV inside.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with sea views, both with a separate bathroom and individual air conditioning, both have private balcony. Both rooms have smart TVs inside.
On the second floor, we have the third bedroom. It has a small balcony, a large bathroom with a jacuzzi. The room has individual air conditioning and a Smart TV.
On the third floor we have the fourth bedroom with a large balcony and sea view, individual air conditioning, Smart TV and a separate bathroom with Jacuzzi.
Located on the terrace we have the fifth bedroom with sea view, which is especially preferred by couples. The room has a large bed and individual air conditioning. It is about 10 square meters and framed with glass. It is a place for couples who want to wake up in the morning with birds singing while enjoying the view of tropical trees and the sea. There is no bathroom or toilet in this room. The guests who choose to stay at this room will need to use the toilet in the fourth room downstairs.
As the villa is located beside the Sanctuary of Truth temple/museum, guests are not allowed to make big noise after 10.00 pm outside of the villa or by the swimming pool or at the front garden.
Our villa has a beautiful front garden just beside the sea with a private beach access (50 meters away from the villa, accessible directly from the garden), free parking for up to 4 cars and 24-hour security at the main gate of the complex.
The villa offers unrestricted breathtaking sea views and the beach is directly accessible from the villa. You will have a private area at the beach with private sun loungers. The front garden is decorated with beautiful lighting where you can enjoy your dinner in the evening, while listening to the sound of the gentle waves.
Located right on the beach, our villa is an ideal base for vacationers who want to enjoy the sun and all that Pattaya has to offer while having the space they need to relax at night in peace and privacy.
