The project is situated right in the heart of the city centre only 250m from Pattaya Beach, 300m from Central Festival Mall and 900m from the infamous Walking Street.
This modern development features high quality facilities to include a roof top infinity pool, second lower floor pool, fully equipped gym and secure parking.
In brief the room comprises of an open plan living room/diner, balcony with impressive sea and city view, fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with en-suite shower room, second bedroom and family shower room.

The room is located only 200m from Pattaya Second road which featured the famous Songthaew Bus (Baht Bus) which charges only 10 THB to reach most areas of the city centre. The bus route also continues to Nakluea in the north and up to Jomtien in the south of the city.
There's also plenty of taxi bikes and taxi's waiting around within the immediate vicinity of the project.
A security deposit of 6,000 THB in cash (any currency accepted) will be collected upon arrival by housekeeping and refunded on departure, subject to any damage/additional charges.
For tenancies less than 28 days the electric consumptions is subject to fair usage which is 25 units a day. You shouldn’t go over this if you turn the air conditioning and lights off while you're not in the condo.
For tenancies of 28 days or longer the tenant will be fully responsible for the electric and water consumption which will be calculated at the standard government rate.
Cleaning is 1,000 THB per week and includes one clean and one change of bed linen. Additional cleaning and laundry is available upon request.
There is ample parking in the condominium project.
I can assist with arranging taxis, an example price from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the villa is 2,000 THB.
SMOKING WITHIN THE CONDO IS NOT PERMITTED however guests are allowed to smoke on the balcony. Smoking within the condo will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
