Starbucks, McDonald’s and Major Cineplex also call Avenue Mall their home. If you would like to keep in shape during your stay the Avenue also feature Fitness 7 which is one of Pattaya's most popular gyms.

The room is located only 200m from Pattaya Second road which featured the famous Songthaew Bus (Baht Bus) which charges only 10 THB to reach most areas of the city centre. The bus route also continues to Nakluea in the north and up to Jomtien in the south of the city.
There also also plenty of taxi bikes and taxis waiting around within the immediate vacinity of the project.
6,000 THB security deposit in cash (any currency accepted) will be collected upon arrival by housekeeping and refunded on departure, subject to any damage/additional charges.
Electric is subject to fair usage which is 25 units per day. You shouldn’t go over this if you turn the air con off and lights off while you're not in the condo.
Cleaning is 1000 THB per week and includes x1 clean and x1 change of bed linen.

There is ample parking in the condominium project.
I can assist with arranging taxis, an example price from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the villa is 2,000 THB.
SMOKING WITHIN THE CONDO IS NOT PERMITTED however guests are allowed to smoke on the large balcony. Smoking within the condo will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
