Great Modern Style, fully furbished ( Safety box, Nespresso Coffee machine, Micro wave, Oven, Smart TV Led TV 85’ ,Ceiling Fan, Air conditioning, Cable TV with international channels, Landline phones with international access with unlimited international calls, King & King+ Size beds,…) All bedrooms and living rooms have Air Conditioner and Ceiling Fan.
Outside, you will find an glass swimming pool, a large table for 16 persons with fan safe from sun or rain surrounded by topical trees.
For an optimized internet connection, there is WIFI 7 New Generation High Quality connected with 2 Optical Fiber 1.000 Mbits
Great & Quiet Location : The Villa is located in Thappraya District, near the hill of the 'Big Buddha', between Jomtien Beach and Walking Street and Pratumnak Beach.

✔ Caution Security Deposit : 30.000 THB / 800 EURO / 900 USD / 7.500 HKD / 6.000 RMB by Cash ( The caution will be refunded, in the currency given, in full, upon the departure of all guests provided it is mutually agreed between the guest and the Management representative that no damage has been inflicted. )

✔ Smoking is not permitted in the villa (bedrooms, living room, ...). Smoking is permitted on the exterior/balcony/patio of which there are ashtrays.
✔ Guests are required to show a passport with visa or entry stamp identification upon check-in. The main guest of the reservation must to be present at the check-in.
✔ Linen and Towels are provided at the Villa. We have adopted a “Save the Planet” eco-policy, so the towels are changed every three (3) days. Full cleaning including linen are changed every six (6) days. If more frequent changes are required, there may be extra charges.
✔ CCTV, Smile, you are on camera in the exterior enclosure of the villa. The legislation asks us to provide proof in the event of a problem ( accident, damage, event) The staff have No access and NO camera inside the villa.
