Due to the limited room size, a maximum of two guests (including children) can be accommodated in a one-bedroom listing, and a maximum of five guests (including children) can be accommodated in a two-bedroom listing. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

1/ Please keep the room card and key properly, do not open them, if lost or damaged, please compensate 1000 baht, thank you.
2/ Since we are a homestay, our kitchen utensils are all cleaned by guests themselves after use. If you need it, please clean it before use, and clean it after use and put it back to the original place, otherwise you need to pay 300 baht to be done by the cleaning staff.
3/ We only provide one cleaning before check-in. Only two bath towels are provided for the one bedroom and four bath towels for the two bedroom. Items such as bath towels will not be replaced during the stay. If there are not enough items in the room and need to add (such as paper, etc.), please contact us in time. Auntie's working hours: Thailand time 10AM-3PM, other times will not be added for you.
4/ There is only one room card and key for each room. If you and your friends separate, you can put the key in the mailbox for easy access. Thank you for your cooperation.
5/ There are instructions for using the apartment behind the door of the room. There is only one air conditioner remote control in each room, which can control all air conditioners, please note. The room is powered by a plug-in card. The WIFI password is on the room router.
6/ You can buy food and fruits to eat in your room, but since food in tropical areas is very easy to attract ants and other insects, please pack and seal the garbage as soon as possible after eating, and throw it into the garbage room next to the freight elevator on each floor. Please refer to the instructions of the apartment behind the door for the location, thank you.
