This private villa is only a 5 minutes walk away from Jomtien Beach which is a vibrant beach area with a huge range of restaurants, bars, massage shops, markets, convenience stores and everything else you'll require for a relaxed holiday.
Bolt & Grab taxis are readily available at the project (both bikes & cars). The main Baht bus route runs right outside the front gates, which costs 10thb right into central Pattaya, or North Pattaya.
6,000 THB security deposit in cash (any currency accepted) will be collected upon arrival by our rental manager and refunded on departure, subject to any damage/additional charges.
For bookings up to 28 days electric is subject to fair usage which is 25 units a day. You shouldn’t go over this if you turn the air con off and lights off while you're not in the villa.
For tenancies of 28 days or more the tenant will be fully responsible for the full electric and water charges accrued during the stay which will be charged at the standard government rate.
Additional cleaning is 1,200 THB per clean and includes 1 x clean and 1 x change of bed linen.
There is on road parking right outside the villa.
I can assist with arranging taxis, an example price from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the villa is 1,750THB.
SMOKING WITHIN THE VILLA IS NOT PERMITTED however guests are allowed to smoke in the garden. Smoking within the villa will result in a deduction from the security deposit.
