Also on the first floor, there is a fully furnished and functional kitchen with air conditioning, oven, electric stove, microwave, dishwashing machine Siemens and all kitchen and cooking utensils you migh need during Your stay.
- 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms:
o 1st master bedroom – comfortable king-sized bed. Separate bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi;
o 2nd bedroom – comfortable king-sized bed, a/c, closet, small balcony with a view of the courtyard,
o 3rd bedroom - comfortable king-sized bed, a/c, closet, Shared bathroom and shower with the 2nd bedroom.
- 3rd floor has a big terrace. Ideal place for a chat, to enjoy the enthralling sunset and the lights of other villas and blue pools of the Kata region with a cup (or a glass) of tea or coffee!

- A pack of towels for each guest, with bathing and face towels;
