Experience our newly constructed studio, thoughtfully designed to optimize its compact 24 sqm space. Inside, you'll find a cozy seating area with a comfortable sofa and a TV. Rest peacefully on the queen-size bed, placed beside a large window that fills the space with natural light. You'll also have a dining area and a small kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, and all the essential utensils you need. Features a private bathroom with a shower. Outside, our residence boasts a sparkling crystal swimming pool and plenty of parking space.
The apartment is 100% yours. You have access to all the property facilities: a shared swimming pool, a shared fitness center, and parking space for your car and scooter.
Please note:
- A damage deposit of 2000 THB is requested upon check-in.
- Electricity is not included and is charged separately at 7THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving.
We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per room upon check-in.
