The apartment is located in the southern end of Kamala. The beach is only a short 5 minute walk away (400 meters).
The apartment is also very secure. As well as 24-hour security there is CCTV in common areas and card access to the apartment.
Many amenities are also provided on-site including a large swimming pool, gym, kids play room, restaurant, spa and convenience store.
The living space is a comfortable size and includes a leather sofa, Smart TV and a 4 person dining table.
To the rear of the living area, the large east facing window provides beautiful mountain views as well as allowing natural light to stream throughout the apartment during the day.
The apartment’s large private balcony includes seating for up to 8 people, with both sea and mountain views the balcony provides a great outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee or a cold beer after a day at the beach.
Equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay including a 4 burner electric stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cutlery, crockery, cookware and washing machine.
A complimentary starter pack is offered to all guests, this includes; water, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, dish soap and sponge.
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a large wardrobe with lots of hanging space, a dressing table with mirror and separate air-conditioning.

The cleaning fee covers your departure clean and 2 cleans per week during your stay. You will always check-in to a clean apartment and don’t have to worry about cleaning up before you go. This is all included in the cleaning fee.
Please note: Electricity usage is not included in the rental rate and is charged at 6 baht per unit. We read the meter with you at check-in/check-out and keep you updated of your usage during your stay.
