This apartment is decorated in a modern style, offers a king size bed and is equipped for your perfect stay. Private balcony with outdoor furniture opens up gorgeous views of Patong and the Andaman sea. Large TV with cable channels and private Wi-Fi is available for working online or entertaining.
The bathroom is en-suite and has a walk-in shower, sink with a cabinet, hairdryer and handcrafted amenities from Chiang Mai. We will provide bath/beach towels for you on arrival as well.
Cook your own meals in the kitchen that have all the appliances for self-catering, including a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery & kitchenware.
Emerald Terrace provides 24hrs security, CCTV cameras and smoke alarm systems. There is a secure parking space and the Building’s staff can easily arrange motorbike or car rentals, as well as provide information or special services such as tickets and tours.
Electric and water usage is included in the price. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but we can arrange it for an extra fee. Cost is 600 baht and includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is also available on request free of charge.
