Cosy, quiet and super cute Holistic House, situated in the middle of the island perfectly 5-10-15 minutes to everything worth seeing or doing as a curious visitor. Phuket Old Town, Famous Naka and Chilva Markets, Huge Parks and outdoor gyms, Towns major shrines and celebratory Temples, Secret Beaches and really Big Malls....Your will not get bored.
On the other hand if that's not your intention for this trip and you want to explore your Wellness, Nutrition, a 3 day Juice Cleanse is an option you can add on to a healthy holiday. Pre-consultation advised, many other modalities to choose from Sound Bath, Chakra balancing Meditation, Acupuncture, Yoga, SPA options and Massages, are all on the menu here too. (Host is Plant based and has a keen interest in Nutrition and yummy plant food. Feel free to ask any questions, I don't drink, guests at the house don't bring alcohol, but 2 minutes from town, dancing is always an option.
Holistic House is hidden in the middle of the street (Soi = Street), situated under 3 Mango Tree's that provide shade and beauty for the house.
Large gate entrance to carport, which can be used for Motorbikes but mostly used for relaxing as it has a roof, several chairs and a sofa. Surrounded by plants, where time can be spent in comfort. I work South of the island, I try to wake for Yoga 4 times per week, feel free to join or sleep. Exercise Park 2 mins from the door, basketball court and community Pool 3-minute walk. Pool has a donation 40 baht.
Only 3-4 days per week I leave early and quietly, often I do not return until 6pm, unless guests wish to join me on an excursion, guided tour of Old Phuket Town or they are on the Detox program. Occasionally, I will stay out and the 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms could be used for bigger family, if you need the space and the privacy.
Wellness, detox cleansing or any other Holistic Therapies during the stay are additional depending on your specific needs and goals. As a consultant, I offer the guidance and suggest options that would cater for a healthy detox holiday, a reset retreat or focused cleanse for existing health concerns. 3 day programs are popular amongst travelling visitors, consultations thura but informal as with any cleanse, its one day at a time, listening to what your body really helps.
Holistic Home Stay in Phuket is a great choice for accommodation when visiting Phuket, I came and didn't leave it's that serene. From here, guests can make the most of all that the lively city has to offer and the peaceful nearby Parks, Lakes, Beach and Spa. With its convenient and central location on the island, the property offers easy access to Phuket’s most attractive and fun destinations.
