Japonica villa is a three bedroom private pool villa located in the most sought after location in Phuket, called Kamala Beach. The villa is less than 1 minute driving distance to the pristine Kamala Beach known for its clear safe waters, beautiful beach front restaurants for example Cafe Del Mar, lovely shops and pathways. Up the road from the villa you will find an elephant sanctuarywith well cared for elephants that often roam in front of the villa with their caretakers.
Japonica villa is comprised of three large bedrooms, each with king size bed, individual flat screen televisions, wifi internet, sheets, bath and beach towels. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with walk in shower and twin wash basins, while the second and third bedrooms share a bathroom that includes a shower, and individual entrance from each bedroom. All bedrooms are sea view with terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and all rooms are individually air conditioned and include ceiling fans as well. A beautiful well kept Japanese garden is the villas mot spectacular feature featurings rare botanical plants, winding pathways and an outdoor dining sala with sea views, and BBQ. The swimming pool is L shaped and runs along the third bedroom and second bedroom, with waterfall feature, sun chairs and sun decks. The main living room includes a large flat screen television and opens onto the kitchen and dining, all again with sea views. The third bedroom has a small fridge and wash basin, private living room apart from the main one. The master bedroom also has its own living room with sea views.
The villa is always rented privately to one group only, guests are guaranteed full privacy.
Guests are greeted by their personal English speaking villa manageress who will be available throughout their stay.
Kamala Beach is probably the safest and best swimming beach in Phuket. One can enjoy beautiful sunsets and delicious meals and tropical drinks along the beach front in various luxurious and charming bars and restaurants. Kamala town includes an array of shops and groceries to accommodate all your requirements. The town locals are proud and genuine people who will go out of their way to help tourists feel welcome. Entertainment includes the famous Fantasea show and buffet, an elephant sanctuary, spur of the momentThai boat excursions along Kamala Beach and water sports, jungle trekking, yoga, kids clubs, pubs and restaurants and much more.
The villa includes free outdoor parking in a private driveway for 2 or 3 cars. Although a car may not be necessary for many guests as its easy to call upon taxis, and walk down to the town. Some may find the hill walking back from town to the villa too steep although I have done it many times. We can organize car hire if required or call upon reliable drivers and taxis. Minibus and driver for 8 hours per day is 2300 baht including fuel.
The villa is professional ly managed with an English speaking manager and full time maids. Optional chef service is available, cost varies according to group size. Babysitting, grocery shopping, in villa spa services, transport arrangements, tour bookings, currency exchange are all available upon request.
