Relax in your own expansive 150 m2 open plan 2 bedroom villa, just minutes from Kamala Beach, with a spacious living room, a 40" flat screen smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven toaster, rice cooker, refrigerator and all necessary cooking utensils. The complex consists of 7, two story, 4 bedroom villas with a large swimming pool spread among a well tended tropical garden. Each villa consists of two, 2 bedroom self contained units, upstairs and down.
Electricity is charged at 9 Baht/kWh.
Water is charged at 10 Baht/day
Cable TV & WiFi is charged at 550 Baht/mo.
For this a refundable deposit of 200 Bath/day (not to exceed 5,000 Baht) is required at check in.
Baby crib and high chair are available for a 1 time charge of 500 Baht.
