Our villa is a modern seaview villa with a private pool, covering an area of more than 400 square meters. The room contains 3 master bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room, entertainment area, kitchen; 3 beds and 1 sofa bed. Outdoor with pool, open-air gazebo tables and chairs. The pool is equipped with automatic filtration, SPA and night underwater lighting system, which is cleaned twice a week by someone.
The villa is located about 200 meters from the main road and only 300 meters from the beach. It is 24H convenience store 7-11, restaurants, massage shops, etc. It is a 3-minute drive to the Makro/Tesco supermarket.
The house space is transparent, all with solid wood furniture, a total of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, with three large beds, up to 6 adults + 2 children.
Located in the Karon District, the villa is the closest villa area to the Karon area. It is a 10-minute drive to Jiangxi Cold and Patong Beach. It is very convenient to Phuket Big Buddha, Chalong Temple and the pier!
