Their role is to ensure that your visit is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, and at least one staff member will be available to you from early in the morning until 10:00 pm in the evening (even though working hours end at 20:00). Outside those hours, THB 500/hour/employee will be charged. Villa Amonteera is a premier class accommodation with full service, and our staff welcomes you as their privileged guest. FOOD Breakfast is included in the price of the stay. Please see breakfast menu attached. The villa has a set menu (see attached) for lunches and dinners. Especially the first meal should be ordered prior to arrival so as to give our staff time to shop for ingredients. Should guests wish to order food from restaurants to the villa, the villa will charge a 15% fee on the price of the food for service. TRANSPORTATION The villa has a van. The van was built to carry 15 passengers but new Phuket laws set the limit at 11 guests in the vehicle. The van must only be driven by a Thai driver with a special license and such a driver is on our staff, available daily 08:00-17:00. The cost of using the van with driver 08:00-17:00 is the cost of fuel only. The cost outside those hours, if our driver is able to work overtime, is THB 500/hour plus fuel. Airport transfers are not included as these often involve several vehicles and we often have groups landing several hours before check in (after 15:00) and/or leaving hours after check out (before 12:00). For such guests, please see the attached file with information on what to do in case of early arrival or late departure. Early check in or late check out can never be guaranteed far in advance. If permitted, the cost is THB 3000/hour, also not subject to commissions.
