The space
The modern stylish house spans 120 square meter indoor and 95 square meter outdoor space divided over two levels with splendid sea view. Spacious yet homey, the house is tastefully furnished and you will feel at ease straight away, whether you are a couple, a family or a group of friends.
LIVING FLOOR
Upon entering the two level design house at the Living Floor, you’ll be greeted by a calming sense of space. The expansive open-plan kitchen seamlessly transitions into a generous dining area, which flows into a spacious living room. This area extends to a vast terrace that seems to stretch to the horizon, with the turquoise sea framed by abundant trees on either side, grounding you back to earth.
The entire living floor exudes spaciousness and uncluttered openness, with natural light highlighting the luxurious details of your home and inviting you to savour every inch throughout your stay. The whole floor is well-ventilated, with plenty of natural airflow.
MASTER BEDROOM FLOOR
A cleverly designed open stairway leads you to the top floor, featuring a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a seating area with comfortable armchairs, a workspace with a desk and monitor, a spacious bathroom with bathtub and a walk-in shower, and a terrace offering comfortable seating and a magnificent view over the Indian Ocean.
An extra single sofa bed is available in the bedroom.
The entire fully air-conditioned house is fitted with fast fiber-optic internet. It currently is the only solar powered house at Ao Yon Beach and has its own drinking water system to make your stay a sustainable one.

Located close to the kitchen the round teakwood dining table seats 6 comfortably and has lots of natural light and airflow. The perfect place to dine indoors and sip a glass of fruity Chardonnay. Also backs up as a work-place.
3. The Living Room
Uncluttered and very spacious with plenty of cabinet space, the living room sports various seating choices. The large bi-folding doors make this room flow seamlessly onto the large terrace. It feels as if indoors and outdoors are blurred into each other.
The sofa easily changes into a queen size very comfortable sleeping place if there are 4 guests with the air-conditioning and ceiling fan ensuring a restful night.
4. The Terrace
A perfect place to lounge during the day and enjoy a sundowner before dinner while staring out over the sea. A large terrazzo bench offers great seating and a large table with chairs lets you enjoy you
