THE VILLA
Our guests rave about Andaman Sun Villa and find it well-suited for both 'couples’ and 'families’ holidays. The spacious multi-level, 3- bedroom villa hosts 6 to 9 adults and 1 infant comfortably.

A lovely and safe neighbourhood with good access to excursions.
Guests are happy with host, house manager and the hassle free services and information provided (taxi from/to the airport, grocery deliveries and tips for eating out, sight seeing, shopping and activities).

THE VILLA LAYOUT
The building is modern 3-storey, solar-powered beach villa. It is located almost directly on the beach and about 80 meters from the main road (no traffic noise!). There is free parking for 1 or 2 vehicles in and right next to the carport.
The ground floor level spans approximately 120 square meter living space (70 indoor and 50 outdoor) not yet including pool, private garden and carport. You'll find and indoor family room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, an extra toilet and a large, fully covered outdoor dining area adjacent to a 2x5 meter plunge pool, pooldeck and a lush tropical garden. Both bedrooms share the ensuite large and modern stylish bathroom. The garden provides access to the beach and one of the bedrooms accesses the pool directly.
The open plan main living level on the middle floor has approximately 75 square meter indoor and 60 square meter outdoor living space. This sea view level features a large living room, the main central kitchen with bar, an indoor dining area and a bathroom. The living opens up to a large terrace with spectacular views, lounge and outdoor seating and dinging area, fully coverable from the sun by a retractible awning.
A cleverly designed open floating stair way leads you to the master bedroom at the top floor with 45 square meter indoor and 40 square meter outdoor living space. The room, featuring a king size bed, a 1 person sofa bed, lazy lounge chairs, an office work space, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and full-width sliding doors, opens up to the large top-level terrace with lounge, outdoor seating and sun umbrella, providing stunning views over sea, bay, and sky.
