The first floor features a spacious living room with an open layout that provides ample room for both relaxation and entertainment. Additionally, the addition of a large dining table that can comfortably seat 10 people has made hosting gatherings and dinner parties a breeze.
The adjoining area for laundry, complete with a brand new washing machine and dryer, has added convenience and efficiency.
Moving up to the second floor, the two bedrooms with en suites and a bathtub have been completely revamped to offer a luxurious and comfortable retreat.
Finally, the third floor boasts two more bedrooms, one of which features a private balcony for a peaceful outdoor space. The other bedroom, with its two queen-size beds and shared bathroom, provides ample room for visitors or larger families.
