Breathtaking undisturbed view of Phang Nga bay from almost every room. Here you can focus on your Family or Friends without interruptions. We have equipped the Villa with everything from bed linen and towels to kitchen utensils and spices.
This Picturesque 250sq.m Villa is tastefully furnished and equipped for full time living. The Villa is perfect for sun lovers and explorers. The sun is rising from the ocean right in front of the Villa. The kitchen is fully equipped for full time living with a conventional oven, electrical hob, micro oven, rice cooker, toaster.

The villa is 100% yours. The pool is private. There is a private car-park.

We offer concierge service to our guests from the time you book the Villa until check out. We arrange anything from airport pick up to Car/Bike rentals, activities and food delivery to bookings of boat trips, taxi and entertainment, through a group chat that we will set up shortly after your booking is confirmed.
The Villa is located at Cape Yamu, 450 meters from the sea. From Yamu Pier you can jump on a longtail boat or speed boat and explore the magnificent islands and rock formations in Phang Nga bay National park. You can also go on a diving or snorkling trip from here. The closest beach for swimming is Bang Tao beach 20 min. drive, On Bang Tao beach are also a wide range of Thai and International restaurants, water park, shops, Massage, beach clubs etc...

Cape Yamu: The Yamu area is not a busy tourist location, you can visit an elephant camp close by, miniature zoo at the Rabbit Hole, eat local food at one of the local restaurants, go on a bicycling or ATV adventure, visit the water falls at Bang Pae etc… Within 20 minutes drive you will be at the more busy tourist areas with Shopping malls, water parks, International hospitals etc…

We can send a private minivan pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the villa (1,000 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at night time we will prepare self check in for you.
To enjoy the area, it is good to have a vehicle, either a car or motorbike. We can arrange both on demand and have them delivered to your Villa.
If you don’t like to drive we will help you get a taxi at any time.
Electricity is charged at 7 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 500 THB per day. This will cover a normal usage, with aircon in each room during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the villa, you will most likely pay an additional 500 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!

We expect you to respect our standard rules: check-in and check-out times, maximum capacity, no smoking inside the villa!! (allowed in the garden and by the pool, you have a lot of space), no illegal activities, respect of the property, respect of the neighbors (no loud parties, no loud noise after 10pm).

IMPORTANT! Please respect our check-in and check-out times. This Villa is a one of a kind, so if there are guests the night before, they have the right to check out according to the rules after which we need time to clean the Villa, same if a guest is checking in the same day you check out, we need time to clean the Villa and change beddings before the standard check-in time. In case an early check-in or late check-out is available, we charge 300 baht per hour extra.

If we need to do additional cleaning (more than normal) after checkout, we will charge 2.000 baht for that. If we smell cigarette smell in the Villa we will be forced to charge 5,000 baht to remove the smell.
