It is separated living area, kitchen and bedroom facing east to wake up with sunrise and avoiding heat of afternoon sun. The 24-hours security system is supported with security guard and CCTV all over the area, allow you to stay with peace in mind. There are 3 lifts in the building. Common Area Facilities: - 24 hours security (condominium is in a safe area and is under security and CCTV) - Free parking for car and motorbike - Free swimming pool access with sunbed - Free basic gym with air-condition - Management Office (Operate in “BUILDING A” 9.00-17.00, Monday - Saturday) Room Facilities: Since your comfort is our concern, therefore we provide most necessary things to make you feel like home: - Free WIFI - 2 set of room’s keys and 1 keycards to enter the property's gate (No need to swap key: each of you can be independent) - Comfortable quality mattress - Complete equipped kitchen (toaster, kettle, blender, pan and flipper, pot, dishes, bowls, glasses, spoons, forks, knife, cutting board) - Electric stove and cooking hood - Microwave - 2 doors refrigerator with ice cube tray - 42” LED TV: entertaining yourself with bigger screen - 2 Air Conditions: living in Phuket won’t be too hot anymore - Washing machine: don’t bother going out with ton of clothes for find laundry shop - Hot Shower - Iron and iron board - Hair dryer - Sofa and coffee table - Dining table - Hangers - Bloom and mop - 2 sets of body and hand towels - Complimentaries: toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, hand gel2 bottles of water 0.6Ltr, detergent NOTE: 1. The Scene Condominium is well located at the center of Phuket. You can get to anywhere only few minutes; few steps to mimimart (7-Eleven) and local restaurants 5-10 minutes to all big department store (Central Festival, Big C, Tesco Lotus, Makro, Index Living Mall) 5 minutes to Prince Songkla Universtity, 7 minutes to Phuket International Hospital 15 minutes to Bangkok Hospital Phuket 10 minutes to Kajonkiat International School 15 minutes to Patong beach 15 minutes to Phuket Town - Public bus to Patong and Phuket Town. To Patong: wait for the bus on the opposite side of the building. To Phuket Town: wait on the same side. - There is motorbike for rent shop just in front of the property.
