A peaceful "mini" homeresort for holidays where you can escape from busy city and crowded, but still convenient to travel without crossing traffic jams to the quiet beach and Phuket airport, just 10 minutes drive , or to shopping centers is only 10 minutes away as well. Our accommodation is decorated in a homeresort style. Feels like staying in your house. And there is also a swimming pool. And a Jacuzzi tub in bathroom for service + several amenities in-house
Our homeresort is a peaceful place which is suitable for a couple or small family up to 3-4 persons. It's not convenient for handicap people with wheels chairs due to in-house space. It's located in the housing estate where there are about 20 houses. And the neighbours are very quiet. The resident is located in local community called Ban Paklongcheep where there are less tourists than other part of Phuket. But you can still find convenient shops , supermarkets, 7-11, local restaurants in the corner.
Our house is offered for 2 bedrooms, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms.
The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor where we provide 6 ft. bed. There is a balcony and coffee table outside, facing to a nature view as plantation garden and rubber trees. The minor bedroom is on the ground floor where it offers queen sized bed ( 5ft. ), offering a view of swimming pool directly and there is Jacuzzi tub in. Our swimming is offered for 2.5 wide , 7 meters long. It is salted overflow system with waterfall. We provide outdoor table in the garden where you can enjoy BBQ or your morning cup. And there is parking for 1 car, also another 1 can be parked outside. Our fence is about 2 metres high that can blind people from outside. You can feel more private. To travel to nearest beach is only 10 minutes from the villa to Sirinart National park where you can find the beautiful quiet beach called Naiyang. The highlights of this beach is taking pictures when the airplanes are landing. You can even go to Phang Nga Bay easily from our resident without crossing traffic jams if you stayed in other location of Phuket. To Phang Nga Bay where James Bond island is, you drive only 1 hours to get there instead of 2.30 hours if you stay in Southern part of Phuket where is crowded by full of tourists. Or you can go to Koh Yao Noi, Yao Yai by embarking the shuttle boat at Bang Rong pier or Ao Por which is only 20 minutes drive from our place. You can also go to Phi Phi Island by shuttle boat daily from Ao Por Marina which is near our villa by car.
Our homeresort provides almost every amenities and electrical appliances that any house should have.. You can use all of them. But please remind to take care of them very well. In case of any lost and damaged, there would be a fine. The cleanliness is also important. ?

Our resident is located in the housing estate called " Suphasirijareun" where there are approximately 20 families. The neighbourhoods are very quiet. The community where our house is called " Bann Paklongcheep " which is located in North part of Phuket, near the airport and Sirinart National park where you can find the peaceful beach called Naiyang. You can drive for 10 minutes to get there. In our corner, you can find some local restaurants easily as well as minimart and 7-11. But if you want to go to famous tourist attractions such as Patong , Kata , Karon beach . You should drive approximately 1 hour to get there. However if you find the place where is surrounded by local people, quiet and not too many tourists. You will love our house.
Our homeresort is located in the community called Bann Paklongcheep which is located just 10 minutes drive from Phuket Airport. The villa is the housing estate which is called " Suphasirijareun".
