The 2 bedroom apartment has a large open view balcony, kitchen, living room with TV. Master bedrooms has a large king bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub, second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Electric usage 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included. We require advance payment for electric usage (in case of excess) of 400 baht per day. Will be refunded on check out when settling electric bill. During the stay, cleaning service is not included, charged 1200 baht per time (includes linen and towels change). Please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.
