This semi-detached home with large shared pool is located just steps away from the entrance of the white sandy Layan Beach and the Sirinath National Park. There are only eight exclusive homes on this south facing property and each home is built to face the gorgeously landscaped spacious gardens and the 22m salt water swimming pool. With the beach within walkable distance, this allows for adults and children to either relax and enjoy themselves at the beautiful pool, or while away the day at the beach. With designated parking outside, entering the foyer with the spiral wooden staircase to the rooms above you pass the guest bathroom and enter the large kitchen, dining and living area which open onto the terrace and pool garden beyond. The fully appointed kitchen has a breakfast bar allowing for social dining. The dining table easily seats 6 and has 2 baby chairs available. Appointed with satellite TV, full air-conditioning and DVD, the living area is playfully decorated with a colorful mural. Upstairs, the two guest bedrooms, one with views north and the other south over the pool have double beds and share a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has views over the gardens and pool with dressing room providing access to the en-suite bathroom with spa baht and double vanity area. A 200m walk takes you over the bridge of the inland river system and directly to white sand Layan beach. Here there is a friendly restaurant and miles of white sand beach for lovely walks, runs, and lazy days on the beach. The public park area at the beach leads out to the long sandbanks exposed at low tide and provide access to the island at the end of the beach. For those looking for more active stay, this beach is more than 2 miles long and offers a stunning jogging and walking opportunity. The Laguna Hotels complex is a short distance away too, and the four hotels there offer a huge dining selection, not to mention the wonderful beach front restaurants on Layan Beach also.
