The villa is all yours. There is a car park. You have access to the residence shared pool.
Please note:
- Electricity is charged at 7 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving.
- A refundable security deposit of 3000THB or equivalent in other currency is requested at check-in.
- We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. You can order it more often for a small additional fee.
- Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot and a baby chair upon request.
