Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our place is only a 10-minute drive from Rawai Beach and Nai Harn Beach. Convenient location with a short walk to restaurants, bars and minimart.
Our villa has 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms are inside the main building while the 3rd one is by carport which is separated from the main building. The toilet of 3rd bedroom is also near the carport which can also convert to a toilet guest. The bathtub is in the toilet of the master bedroom.
Guests can access to the private swimming pool and any area in the house.
I will be available 24/7 if you have any problem related to the property. We will make check in and check out for you
Our villa is situated on Sai Yuan Road, Rawai. It's close to restaurants, bars, massage, and a minimart. Nai Harn beach and Rawai beach are around a 5-10 minutes drive.
I would recommend you rent a motorbike or car.
CLEANING
You will find the house clean on arrival but please let us know if you are not satisfied. For stays less than 1 week, there is no cleaning service. After you depart our cleaners will perform that for the next guest. If you are here for a minimum of one week there will be one cleaning and 1-time linen change. The schedule will provide upon arrival date. They have a key and will access the room following the schedule. If you need a cleaning service more often, please let us know and we will arrange this. An extra payment will apply (2450 THB/time). On departure, it would be helpful if you could leave the house (particularly kitchen contents) clean and tidy when you leave. No need for you to perform a full clean!
SUGGESTIONS IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY
Many guests will arrive before the designated check-in time. The good news is that there is plenty to do. We often suggest that guests visit the grocery store and do a small shop. That will give you more time to relax once you've checked in! There are also a few good restaurants for lunch so why not relax and enjoy some of the local food.
BREAKAGES
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
BEACH EQUIPMENT
We have 1 beach towel per person available for your use
CHAIRS / TABLES
There is an outdoor table and sitting area on the balcony.
BATH TUB
We have a bathtub available for your use.
BED LINEN / TOWELS
Bed linen and towels are available for you. There will be 6 sets of bath towels and pool towels and they will be changed once a week during your stay 1-week minimum.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL & RECYCLING
Please do not leave garbage in front of the villa. You can find common garbage near the reception area
WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF A POWER OUTAGE
In case of a power outage please let us know or you shall do pre-check with the reception area if it happens only in your villa or the whole area.
