Villa Suksan Martin (220 sqm) is a beautifully decorated Balinese Boutique Villa with its own private pool surrounded by nature and green. It can accommodate large families and groups of friends in luxury and privacy. The spacious and elegantly designed swimming pool is one of the main features of this property, finished in the traditional Andaman dark blue ceramic tiles, with underwater lighting providing an elegant and romantic atmosphere in the evening.
The house is shaped around the swimming pool. It consists of one main pavilion with 3 bedrooms connected to an unusually large living and dining area. Entering through the main gate, you step into the main building accommodating the spacious living and dining area with five large glass doors opening up to the sundeck, swimming pool and garden. The 3 bedrooms are comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated with original paintings and local art crafts. All bedrooms have king-size beds and built-in cabinets. The Master bathroom contains a bathtub and walk-in shower. The second and third bathrooms have walk-in showers.
In the living area, there are two comfortable sofas and a long Indonesian wooden table seating 6 and perfect to entertain guests. The open kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, climate-controlled two-door refrigerator, 4 rings ceramic hob, hood, microwave, blender, glasses, crockery and cutlery, etc.
The villa is part of an exclusive complex of 9 villas, with a fence, protection and security system. Which are not really necessary in this preserved and peaceful part of Phuket, but it’s nice to have anyway!
