Villa Maya sits on 485sqm of land. The main building has 3 ensuite bedrooms, a large living room with a dining area and an open kitchen.
A 4th bedroom is an independent pavilion.
The large pool is protected from outside views while offering unblocked views of the hills surrounding Rawai. A sala with a dining set, lounge chairs and an umbrella corner offer plenty of opportunities to enjoy Phuket outdoors!
This villa has a true home feel and is perfectly equipped for longer stays and remote working. There is an independent office room in a separate mini tower and the internet connection is excellent. There is a lot of space both inside and outside and the large pool is particularly welcoming. The villa is located in a small cul-de-sac with only 5 other similar villas, yet it is close to lively Sai Yuan Road where restaurants and all types of shops can be found.
Please note: Electricity is not included and is charged separately at 7 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving.
We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person and one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per bathroom upon check-in. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis.
