Villa Sara has been fully renovated in July '22 and just opened for rental. It has been furnished with quality furniture and elegant decoration items. The villa is built on 2 levels, with a nice roof top to admire Phuket's lush nature and enjoy a suntan. The pool is perfectly private and super clean.
Located in the center of Rawai, the island's southern resort town, the villa is within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés & shops. And close to Naiharn Beach, our little piece of Paradise!
The ground floor is occupied by a large living area, comprising the living room, a dining table that magically turns into a billiard and a fully equipped kitchen. It opens fully onto the pool area and the deck, with sun exposure and shade too. The 3 bedrooms have king size beds, large wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a tub in addition to a shower. One of the bedrooms has a very comfortable desk ideal for digital nomads!
Please note: Electricity is not included and is charged separately at 7 THB/unit (kWh).
We provide one bath towel (red) and one pool towel (blue or grey) per person and one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per room upon check-in. Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis.
Please note that there are ongoing construction works near the villa, which are outside of our control. This may cause noise at times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
