A few stairs from the parking area lead up to the dining area and chef's kitchen. There is also a Sala with an electronic BBQ grill, offering stunning views of the sea. You can enjoy a romantic sunset from here. Level 02
Walking down to Level 2 (the swimming pool level), you'll find an open kitchen and living room that face the ocean. The master bedroom is located next to the pool. Level 03
This level features three bedrooms, all with balconies and partial sea views. Level 04
A few stairs from Level 03 lead you down to Level 04, which includes a gym, sauna, and a spa room. *Note: The villa does not have an elevator and is not wheelchair accessible. Each level is accessible via stairs, and the driver/staff will assist with luggage.
