The electricity bill is not included in the booking price. It’s calculated based on your usage at a rate of approximately 7 baht per kWh. We will check and finalize the amount during checkout.

We are pet lovers and you might see 3-5 cats around the house sometimes. They are vaccinated and friendly. If you'd prefer not to have them around, please let us know and we'll ensure they stay away.
