Grandbeach 1 condo Unit A307 is actually a 2 bedrooms apartment but we only rent 1 out due to the other room still not yet finished. Like in the picture in the bedroom we have one queen size bed. Outside in living room we have one sofa bed. We also have one air mattress in the box in case you have more ppl staying. The instruction is in there on how to blow the mattress. It's the electric air pump one don't worry. Extra pillows, bed sheets, and blankets are in closet. The balcany is pretty big if you smoke we prefer you smoke on the balcany not in the room. Downstair they have laundromat, bike rental, minimart. Breakfast and massage service you could find it next door at Grand Blue condo. 7/11 and seafood restaurants only 5 minutes away driving.
