Homestay bên mình giờ giấc tự do, có giúp việc dọn dẹp bên ngoài, wifi siêu mạnh (gói premium). Toilet riêng siêu cao cấp, máy lạnh, tủ lạnh, nệm lớn 1.8x2m rất êm luôn, phòng bếp chung vô cùng hiện đại (có 1 số phòng có thêm bếp riêng trong phòng), chi nhánh 1 có phòng xông hơi, máy rửa chén, máy lọc nước ion kiềm Kangen (siêu cao cấp, nước uống làm đẹp da, chữa bệnh, phòng chống ung thư,...). Zalo mình 0 chín 1 4444 năm bảy 4 (vui lòng không gọi điện vì quá nhiều cuộc gọi rác quảng cáo ạ)
- Usable area: 50 sqm.
- Room facilities: strong WiFi, small fridge, refreshing air-con, wooden furnitures (a huge bed, table & chair, books shelves,...), dressing area, working area, good quality mattress, soft pillows & blanket, paintings, trees,... and a lovely balcony.
- Friendly, helpful host ????

- Steam bathroom (shower gel & shampoo included).
- Fresh mineral water fountain.
- Washing machine (wash powder & softener included).
- Kitchen & access to all appliances in the kitchen like electric stoves, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, liquidizer, pressure cooker, cookers, bowls, dishes, poons, folks, chopsticks... included).
- Offer some free food: eggs, instant noodles, cereal,...

We have a hospital, a drugstore, a groceries store, a bus stop, a parking lot (for cars), a coffee shop and several restaurants nearby (only several tens of meters away).
We have a bus stop 5 meters away and the motorcycle-taxis is available 24/7.
* Deposit: 1 month; Must pay in advance for 2 months. Pls give me a 1 month notice before leaving.
* Electricity: about 22 USD/month => using electricity meter.
