This modern-designed villa comes with a private swimming pool (backyard overseeing the BRG Golf Course), open-floor plan (kitchen, living and dining), and car garage convenient for your vehicles and motorbikes.
Your very own gourmet kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, cooking utensils, fully equipped with kitchenware, suitable for guest to prepare meals during their stay. Supermarkets and convenient stores are just 10 minutes away from here.
The bedrooms are primarily situated on the second floor of the villa, comes with balcony and direct views of the backyard garden space, neighboring villas, and courtyard areas. Second floor has natural sunlight, sleek designed floor plans, cozy-home feel, and is compatible for small group gatherings.
✿ VILLA OCUPANCY:
Villa has maximum ocupancy up to 9 person ( 6 adults + 3 children under 11 yeasr old). If there is more than this number of people, there will be a surcharge and bedding configuration will be arranged as below:
● 6 Adults ➸ Using 3 rooms
● 7 Adults ➸ Using 3 rooms & Set up 1 Floor Mattress in room 1
Children under 12 years old can stay FREE of charge IF sharing existing beds with parents and will NOT be counted.
Children from 12 years old are considered as adult and will be ADDED to maximum ocupancy.
Children under 6 years old sharing beds with parents and will NOT be counted to maximum ocupancy.
The guest can access villa facilities inside villa such as private pool, smart TV, cable channels, air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, kitchenware, dinning table, bathtub, separate shower, sofa and free toiletries.
