1. About 2 km and 5 minutes drive to go from Da Nang International Airport to my house.
2. About 1,5km (15minutes) by walk to Han River, Dragon Bridge and Cham Museum and Apec Park .Here you can see the beautiful river along Bach Dang, a fresh and beautiful street in Da Nang, Dragon Bridge is the most beautiful and famous Bridge in Viet Nam. You can also go to many restaurants, coffee shops, beer bars, ... on Bach Dang street.
3. About 3km(05 minutes by motorbike) to go to the Asia park, Hellio children's playground, special The Hellio Night Food market with so many foods and attractive activities for young people.
4. About 3km(05 minutes by motorbike) to go to My Khe Beach, the beautiful and clean beach in Viet Nam. Da Nang beach is one of six beautiful beach all over the world. Every morning in summer, you can go to the beach for swimming and walking along the beach under sunsight, that is so great!
5. About 7km(10 minutes by car on the North) to go to Son Tra mountain, where you can go far away the city to breathe fresh atmosphere. At the Linh Ung Pagoda- the big and large pagoda on this mountain, you can see all the city and can pray here.
6. About 7km(10 minutes by car on the South) to go to Marble mountain, it is also a beautiful place in Da Nang city, there are so many hand made souvenir by marble be sold.
7. The Big C super market is about 3km and 15 minutes to walk. This is the biggest market in Da Nang. You can buy so many things and see movie here every day.

THE DESCRIPTION ABOUT US YOU WOULD LIKE TO KNOW :
1. LOCATION: The house is a bit inside of an alley which is 5m in width and 150 meters in length to walk from the main street .
2. CLIMB: The house has 2 floors and accessible by wood stairs. “Wood stairs” is just another way of saying that you need to bring your luggage to go up and down to the rooms. Only those who believe they are physically capable should book a stay.
3. NOISE: In the city center and indigenous neighborhoods, you will hear the noise according to their living time. Adults come to work and children arrive at school at 7am. So sounds from people, motorbikes or street vendors can be heard from 6am. In the evening, after 5:30 pm, everyone goes home and the nightlife is quite quiet. People will go to bed around 10pm and this is the reason for our rule, no party and noisy after 10pm.
The layout of floors are as followings: 2 FLOORS & 120 sqm
★ 1st FLOOR (GROUND): PRIVATE entrance, Living room with sofa, large dining table is enough for you group , kitchen with all amenities that you can cook and big Bedroom1 with 2 double beds include bathroom.
★ 2ND FLOOR: Bedroom2 + Bedroom3, 2 toilets, reading table,big balcony with swing and plum tree and washing place.
3. For such a tropical climate in Danang, you sometimes see mosquitos in the house .They might come from the outsite when you open the doors/windows. BUG REPELLENT is provided in the cabinet .The mosquitoes really do not get that bad but their presence increases after a hard rain especially in rainy season and the twilight hours.
4. TV: NO TV in all bedrooms. Only TV in living room/TV
5: Air conditioner: in each bedroom but not in living room and kitchen.
6. SAFETY. This is absolutely a safe private area. No worry at all during your stay here. We stay next door.
7. NOISES. You might hear noises from the motorbikes because this is the main transportation in Viet Nam but quiet at night.

We have lived and traveled around Vietnam for many years. We can give you information about the best spots and attractions around Da Nang city. These include restaurants, bars, clubs, bike rentals, sports and spa. Whatever your heart desires, you will find it on your trip.

2. ARRIVAL: We will arrange to welcome you and pick you up at Da Nang International Airport free if you stay in my house from 2 nights.
3. DURING YOUR STAY: Hoi An UNESCO ancient city, Ba Na Hills, Hue city, Cu Lao Cham Island, ..). We will provide you with a handout for you.
The neighborhood is very nice.
Get taxi from DaNang airport to 338/30 Hoang Dieu street ( house number 30, in the 338 alley , Hoang Dieu street ), take about 10 minutes and around 70.000 vnd to my house.
