A villa with full modern facilities, located in 5 stars Furama Villas. Only 3km from the city center and 7km from Danang International Airport. The villa has both garden view and private pool view, so you can enjoy the quiet, fresh air but not stifling, moreover not far from the city center. There is living room, a dining room and kitchen can look out the private swimming pool, 2 master bedrooms with private toilets and 2 attic bedrooms with a shared toilet. So it is suitable for a group of friends or family to come here to enjoy a full vacation
NK's Villa comes with 375 sqm space comprising of 1 living area, 1 dining area and kitchen, 4 bedrooms and a large private swimming pool.
The villa is also fully equipped with electrical appliances and gadgets that will help make your stay more comfortable and convenient, such as Led TV in every room, smart TV with up to 100 channels, electric kettle, microwave, etc....
Guests can make use of the services at Furama Villas and pay directly such as Spa, Restaurant. And many of the services are free, like buggy cars, parking lots, beaches and large swimming pool at Furama Villas. Guests also can use big swimming pool and private beach at Furama Resorts

- The Wi-Fi is setting up private and fast in my Furama villa, so you can work during your vacation
- My Furama villa is cleaned everyday by my housekeeper.
- Taxi is very common to travel around if you would like to discover the downtown.
- For longer trip, it is the best to hire a car. Please contact me for best advices and good tariff.
- Extra Charge may occur if you would like to check in or check out late
- I will support and help you during the vacation (if you have any issues in the villa or need any help, please, please tell us to solve or help you/ we are here for you, so do not hesitate to send the messages to us)

- Free many bottles of water for everyday
- If the Furama villa has any problems from cleaning or staff behavior, etc…please send me a message. I am going to discuss and solve it with you.
- Check-in at 2 PM, Check-out at 12 noon or you can text me when you coming
+ A deposit of $100 for 2 keys card and property in the house. when you check out, we would like to return 100$ if you give the housekeeper the 2 keys back and everything in the villa are fine.
- Please note this: we do not keep your luggage at the for the guests before check in and after check out
About cook, if you want, I can hire you person who can cook the local food for you with price 10$ for service per meal . When you take breakfast in resort, you should spend about 18$-20$ (not include VAT, service charge) per person per meal. Please let me know if you agree above. I'll reserve for you. Or if you want to have breakfast in the resort, I can book a reservation for you.
